This strategic acquisition, effective in October, will allow Cosmoprof to reach total turnover of 90 million euros.
The group organizes professional salons Beauty Forum ; and its brand is present in 14 countries , grouping 1600 companies and 1 30,000 professionals. The presence of Beauty Forum shines in Germany with events organized in Munich and Leipzig, in Switzerland in Zurich, in France with a salon in Paris, in Poland with two events in Warsaw, in Hungary at Budapest and Romania to Cluj-Napoca. The group has also concluded specific agreements for the organization of events in Greece (Athens), Slovakia (Trencin) and Slovenia (Ljubljana). In addition, it promotes business meetings in Dubai, Nice and Toulouse, with a turnover of up to 13 billion euros .
Thanks to this acquisition, the network Cosmoprof is deploying its area of influence in key markets for the beauty industry up to central Europe, promoting opportunities for ‘business. Also, more than 370,000 professionals and 7,000 companies will be able to participate in group events all over the world.
